The Platinum College Station Adventure Boot Camp Transformation Membership
This program was created for the individuals who are loyal Adventure Boot Camp participants or who want to become one. These are the campers who want to enjoy living in a fit, lean, healthy and strong body year round. How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday, Wednesday & Thursday for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time.
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs or 10-15 lbs for the guys), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. You'll receive a FREE nutrition seminar and Adventure Boot Camp T-Shirt.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $149 for ISD employees and their families. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Our trainers typically charge $50 to $75 per hour for their services (Cliff is $125/session for a private workout)- this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by Cliff Latham for just a fraction of the cost.
