If there is one thing I've learned about doing bootcamp with so many wonderful people is that everyone approaches their fitness differently. At the same time however, there are three questions that just about every one of you have asked me. "How do I get up so blessed early", "Why aren't I losing weight right away", and "What are some good snacks, since you tell me I should eat often"?
I figured I'd approach this a little differently. I asked Campers who had been through this before reply and what came back is the following. I could never have written anything this inspirational if I tried.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET UP IN THE MORNING?
" First, I have a physical strategy that I have used since the beginning: DO NOT HIT THE SNOOZE BUTTON!!! I get right up and get dressed.
As for the mental strategy, I've sort of made myself a living biology experiment. We see our parents' generation with lots of medical problems that possibly could have been avoided had they exercised on a regular basis"
