Camper 1
Baby carrots
Individual cottage cheese
Apple and cheese stick
Camper 2
Apple - nature's convenient fast food
Baby carrots - I buy them pre-washed and take a small container of them for my afternoon snack. They are just the right amount of sweet and are incredibly healthy.
Camper 3
yogurt
Camper 4
String cheese and fruit (apple, pear, banana) - fits right in my purse and I'm out the door
Camper 5
either an apple or a zip lock baggie filled with cashews.
Camper 6

Thanks for reminding me…..I forgot my morning snack!

I like 6 oz lite yogurts or 20 red or black seedless grapes or 1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese w/ 1/2 c. canned peaches, water packed, solids & liquids (all these are easy to pack & do while being @ work)
Also like 1 - low fat string cheese & about a c. of cantaloupe
I also like 4 graham crackers w/ 1 Table. peanut butter & 3 or 4 c. popcorn - lite, microwaved, Orville Red. Gourmet (these can be packed for work, too, but are particularly great as evening snacks)
Camper 8
Two snacks that always curb my appetite are:
1. handful of almonds
2. about 15 frozen grapes
Instead of grabbing a diet soda, I grab a bottle of water and add a crystal light mix to it.
Camper 9
Apple slices with peanut butter and wheat germ (sometimes w/o the wheat germ).
Camper 10
A small baggie of raisins and peanuts.
Camper 11
Low fat yogurt. I like the Kroger brand best.
Camper 12
A lowfat/fat free yogurt and a piece of fruit is my quick snack most of the time.
Camper 13
protein shake or bar
Camper 14
Apple with organic peanut butter
Banana
Orange
Kiwi
Camper 15
18 roasted almonds (no salt) if I'm in meetings or anywhere else on the go almonds are always in my purse and briefcase, or 9 almonds and a piece of fruit if in the office.
Myoplex Lite protein bars (190 cal for 15 g of protein) - good for on-the-go snacking.
4 oz greek yoghourt with berries (75 cal, 7 g protein)
4 oz cottage cheese (90 cal, 10 g protein)
muscle milk (160 cal light version, or 240 cal for 22 g protein) - good for on-the-go snacking
I have all of them with me today in my office, purse, briefcase or the fridge so can choose depending on what my meeting schedule permits.
Camper 16
peanut (or some other nut) butter and banana
peanut butter and apple
(I keep a jar of peanut butter at work so I always have it here)
string cheese (Skim) and apples
Smoothie I make one in the morning and put half in a coffee carry mug and keep it in the fridge until snack time
Camper 17
People at my job think I am crazy, but I eat an apple EVERYDAY at 10:00am. It is the most convenient snack I can have. I use an apple slicer to cut it into slices and occasionally have peanut butter with it. It's yummy!

Snacks...I like fruit. So apples, bananas, grapes, cut up watermelon...any kind of fruit makes me feel like I'm getting a tiny dessert, and I love all things sweet. I'll do apples and peanut butter or throw a cheese stick in there somewhere and that's an easy snack. I also enjoy boiled eggs alot, so I'll boil up a bunch of them, then eat two of them for a snack, but I ditch the yolks because I don't like the texture of boiled yolks, and I don't want all that extra cholesterol!
