2 points for filling out how many hours of sleep you got - (even if you only got 4 hours!)
2 points for filling out the number of ounces of water drunk each day (no matter how much you did or didn't drink...) 5 points for attending one of the boot camps each day.
You score points for just filling out your journal (no matter WHAT you did or didn't do) and get points for coming to camp...
The Nutrition Session Sunday night (3/20 at 6:30 pm) will be 95% based on how to maximize your points and how to think about your actions and outcomes...
