The 2010 Boot Camp Cruise Challenge is on and we’re going to have the time of your life getting as fit as you can!

Everyone is invited to join us for this cruise, but one person and their spouse, will win all their expense paid for this Fitness Together cruise to Cozumel!

Cruise on the Mexican Riviera with morning workouts on deck, healthy meals (or not), daily seminars and tons of fun in the sun.


Rules
The 2010 Boot Camp Cruise Challenge Starts on the first day of the March Boot Camp and ends the last day of the April Boot Camp

Athletes may start anytime, but understand that you have less time to score points.
The athlete that scores the most points during the Challenge time, will win a free cruise in August to Cozumel, Mexico out of Galveston, TX.

You are responsible for tracking your own points and points must be submitted no later than the last day of the April Boot Camp.

Scoring System:

ITEM: POINTS:
Attend a Boot Camp  1
Each percentage of bodyfat that you lose   1
Each 10 seconds that you take off your mile time 1
Each push up that you increase (must be done from your toes only) 1
Each pound in dumbbell weight that you increase    1
Accountability Journal with an A Grade          2
Accountability Journal with a B Grade         1
Each additional cardio session that you do on your own*     2
  *(must be 30 minutes and only a maximum of 5 points can be scored in this per 24 hour period)

You are responsible for tracking your own points.
We assume that everyone will track their scores with accuracy and integrity, since this is based largely on the honor system.
